Worms Direct UK Mixed Size Eisenia – Lawn Worms
This worm is really a litter or composting worm, but is quite happy to live in the top few inches of soil and is ideal for lawns as it does not throw up casts onto the surface.
General Information:Available in the following quantities – 0.25k (approx 300 worms), 0.50 kg (approx 600 worms), 1.00 kg (approx 1,200 worms).
Instructions – The worms need to be planted on arrival as simply scattering them over the required area will not work. Dig a trowel depth hole, putting in some old compost (not potting or seeding), water, place a few worms in and cover. Do this at intervals over the area needing the worms.
